Swedish slot developer, Quickspin announced a new game release this week. Fairy Gate is developed in HTML5 technology to deliver stunning graphics, animations, and sounds on any device, according to a media handout from the company.
The game is set deep in an enchanted forest where players can come across a magical tree that opens up to reveal fairy orbs. The glowing orbs award wild symbols.
Utilizing a standard 5 reel, 3 positions game layout the reels are filled with every manner of fairy as well as three bonus symbols to trigger a free spins feature. The game incorporates Quickspin’s Achievements Engine to add excitement and entertainment to the monetary awards.
“Fairy Gate is brought to life with stunning graphics, with particular care taken on the design of the fairy orbs which light up the screen. We’re confident players will enjoy this enchanting adventure, which features multiple bonus levels and free spins.”
Quickspin announced in May 2016 that gaming giant Playtech would be acquiring the boutique software development company, spawned by former NetEnt executives in 2011. The company has always had a penchant for mystical and lore-based game themes from Beowulf to Leprechaun Hills and Goldilocks and the Wild Bears. The latter, originally released in 2014, was revamped with improved HTML5 technology this summer and re-released to include improved mobile play in portrait mode and to feature the Awards Engine.
Quickspin initially gained traction in the competitive online market signing a deal with Betsson in late 2012 and has been available at Mr Green casino since 2013. A direct content partnership with the popular casino was inked in late 2015 and now Canadian players have access to the developer’s complete portfolio of games including new titles like Wins of Fortune, Sakura Fortune, Leprechaun Hills, Hot Sync and Phoenix Sun. Mr Green was the first online casino to offer games from a variety of developers under one roof for Canadian players.
